JADE KAYE

Hey Guys! My Name is Jade Kaye, The Groovy Trainer.

My journey with personal training started around 3 years ago- A passion sparked by my own personal trainer and mentor. Fitness and physical activity has always been a passionate of mine. I did dance and gymnastics from the age of 5-15, Then stayed active until work life and adulting hit… I spent 4 years working as a Welder for a company creating and fabricating various parts for nuclear power plants all over the world.

After a few years as a welder, I started to notice changes in my body and my psyche from being around what can be a toxic work environment. I gained some unwanted weight and felt so “blah” everyday… So, I signed up with a personal trainer to help me accomplish my goals! I found an amazing mentor who showed me how to stay disciplined, listen to my body, and create strength mentally and physically. Creating a healthy lifestyle became a huge passion of mine. This is when I knew my career needed to change. I fell in LOVE with personal training and helping others reach their goals, just like my trainer did for me

Throughout my journey, I have always had a tendency toward functional fitness. Targeting useful muscle groups to improve everyday activities instead of trying to be the next Arnold Schwarzenegger. To me, Personal Training is about being the best motivator and educator I can be for my clients. My Goal is to help people reach maximum strength, stability and mobility throughout their entire body! I have a deep care for all of my clients. I am determined to guide you in creating a balanced lifestyle with clean eating, stress management, and functional fitness training.

A fun fact about me is I LOVE HANDSTANDS! I spend at least 5-10 minutes a day upside down. Blood flow is good for the brain,  Its a great shoulder workout, and its fun!
